Labour Law System processes such data as a service provider / processor for your operational use of the Software, except where we act as an independent controller for website inquiries and our own business records.
Depending on plan terms, server / hosting may be applicable for your subscription. Data may be stored on infrastructure used to deliver the Software. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect hosted environments. Exact hosting arrangements may be confirmed in your order or support communication.
